Anyone under 18 is treated as a minor on ScoutVerse. Age is calculated from the player's profile rather than self-declared status.

Personal phone numbers, personal email addresses and precise home or address details are never published on a minor's profile.

Direct contact routes are disabled. Professional users cannot message a minor directly; they can only submit a request that goes to the platform.

A minor's profile carries a visible safeguarding notice so every viewer knows the restrictions that apply.

A profile for a player under 18 must be created and maintained with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or guardian can ask us to amend, restrict or remove a child's profile at any time, and we will act on that request.

Being discovered on ScoutVerse is not the same as being eligible to move club internationally. FIFA rules restrict the international transfer of players under 18, with limited exceptions decided by FIFA — not by us.

ScoutVerse makes no assessment and gives no guarantee about FIFA eligibility, international clearance or work permits. Anyone telling you otherwise is not speaking for ScoutVerse.

If you are worried about a child's safety on ScoutVerse, email contact@scoutverse.dev with the profile link and what you have seen. We prioritise these reports.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the UK you can also contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000.

ScoutVerse does not currently carry out DBS checks or equivalent background checks on professional users. Do not assume any user has been background-checked.
