Account & Data Deletion

Sign in, open your player profile and use the delete option. This removes the profile and its images from the public directory immediately.

Email contact@scoutverse.dev from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent. Profiles, images and shortlist entries cannot be recovered afterwards.

A parent or legal guardian can request deletion of a child's profile by emailing contact@scoutverse.dev. We do not require the child to make the request themselves.

We retain minimal payment and transaction records where accounting law requires it, and records of safeguarding reports where retaining them protects someone. Nothing retained is published.
