ScoutVerse is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for FIFA, UEFA, any national association, league or club.

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, handled by our authentication provider.

Player profile data you choose to publish: name, age, nationality, position, preferred foot, height, club, biography, statistics, photographs and a highlight-video link.

We do not ask for payment details for the current free ScoutVerse experience.

Technical data: basic request logs and error reports used to keep the service working and secure.

Contract — to create and display your account and profile.

Legitimate interests — to keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Consent — where you voluntarily publish optional profile information such as photographs, video links or biography text. You can withdraw this by editing or deleting your profile.

Legal obligation — where we must retain records, for example for accounting or safeguarding reasons.

A published player profile is visible to anyone on the internet. Only publish information you are happy to make public.

We do not publicly display private contact details such as personal phone numbers, personal email addresses or home addresses.

We share data with the service providers needed to run the platform: our database and file storage provider, our authentication provider and our payment provider.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Profile data is kept while your account is active. Delete your profile or account and we remove the profile data from the live platform.

Limited records of payments are retained where required for accounting purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these, email contact@scoutverse.dev or use the Delete My Data page. We aim to respond within one month.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
